When you pay us, your money splits three ways, and we show you the split in plain numbers at checkout and on every receipt:
Medication
Passed through to the licensed pharmacy that prepares and ships your prescription. We add no markup to it.
Clinical care
Passed through to the independent providers who review, prescribe, and monitor. We add no markup to that either.
Membership
What remains funds the thing we actually make: your health partner, the calls that come before your questions, the community, and a company built to keep one promise.
One message pauses your membership. No retention script, no guilt, no questions you have to survive. Come back whenever you are ready, and we will treat the return as the win it is.
Same as pausing: easy and respectful. We would rather earn you back later than trap you today.
We are cash-pay and do not bill insurance, and members agree not to submit claims. It is why our price can be one honest number instead of a mystery that arrives six weeks later.
If an independent provider determines the program is not right for you, you pay nothing, and we will do our best to point you somewhere genuinely useful.
Not as a surprise, ever. No mid-relationship pricing games. If economics ever force a change for new members, existing members hear from us personally, first, with time and options.
Because urgency theater is how this category pressures people into decisions about their own bodies. If our price is fair today, it will be fair on Thursday too. Take your time.
No. One monthly price covers medication, clinical care, membership, and shipping. If a cost is not in that sentence, you do not pay it.
Because we refuse to publish a teaser we would have to walk back. We are finalizing provider and pharmacy fee schedules with our clinical partners now. The founding price will be published here, in full, with its allocation, before anyone pays a dollar.
If a company is straight with you about money, it will probably be straight with you about everything else. That is the bet we are asking you to make, and the standard we are asking you to hold us to.
