Medication is a tool · Transformation is the mission · No member ever feels alone
Testosterone care deserves real monitoring, real labs, real follow-up, and a partner who calls you first. We are building men's hormone care to that standard now. It opens when it meets it, and not a day before.
Our standard
Hormone therapy is not a one-time script. It is bloodwork, titration, follow-ups, and a clinician who actually watches your numbers. Anything less is not care, whatever the ad says.
Our promise
When this opens, it opens inside the Stripes membership: a named health partner, calls that come before your questions, one honest all-in price with the allocation disclosed.
Our test
Every new path must be clinically appropriate, genuinely asked for by our members, and a deepening of the transformation we already help create. If any answer is no, we wait. This page is that discipline, in public.
Done properly: baseline bloodwork, an independent clinician deciding whether therapy is appropriate, a starting protocol (injections or topical), and ongoing labs and follow-ups to keep levels and health markers where they should be. If a company skips the monitoring, that tells you what business they are really in. Nothing here is medical advice.
For hormone therapy, generally yes, both before and during. Labs are how a clinician sees what marketing cannot. When our men's path opens, monitoring will be built into it, not sold as an extra.
It is not right for everyone, which is exactly why an independent licensed provider, not a website, should decide. Honest answers depend on your history, your labs, and ongoing monitoring. Nothing here is medical advice.
When it passes our three gates and we can deliver the same membership standard we hold today: named partner, proactive calls, honest pricing. Join the waitlist and you will hear before anyone else.
Leave your email and we will tell you the moment men's hormone care opens. In the meantime, the weight loss program is open now, and Field Notes is free forever.
