Medication is a tool · Transformation is the mission · No member ever feels alone

Why we exist

A stripe is a scar that has been put to work.

Stripes RX exists for the person rebuilding. The one who has tried before, been promised before, been billed before, and been forgotten by every company that swore this time was different. We built the company we wished had existed the last time we started over.

A letter from the founder

I did not start this company because the world needed another telehealth brand. It didn't. You can get a GLP-1 prescription from a dozen websites tonight without ever speaking to a human being. That is precisely the problem.

Losing weight, getting your health back, becoming someone you recognize again: that was never a medication problem alone. It is a lonely road, and the loneliness is what breaks people. Not the science. The silence.

So we made one promise and built the whole company on it: no member ever feels alone. Not in week two when your stomach turns and the scale won't move. Not in month four when progress flattens and the old voice shows up. Not after the month you fell off, when you are deciding whether to come back. Especially then.

Medication is a tool. Transformation is the mission. When you join, a person with a name calls you, and keeps calling, at exactly the moments this journey gets hard. I know those moments because I have lived them. That is the company. Everything else is detail.

Scars to stripes,
The Founder, Stripes RX

The Two Laws

Published, so you can hold us to them.

I

Members before revenue.

When a decision helps the business but hurts a member, the member wins. That is why you can pause without a fight, why we will solve a problem before we discuss money, and why our referral program pays nobody: we never create incentives that could cause someone to recommend health care for the wrong reasons.

II

We tell the truth.

About prices, in full. About week two, before you pay. About what medication can and cannot do. About when a path is not ready to open. If the truth costs us a sale, it was not our sale to make.

Promises we make
  • A health partner with a name who knows your story
  • We call you first: day 1, 3, 7, 14, 30, then monthly
  • One all-inclusive price with the allocation disclosed
  • Pause anytime, return without shame
  • An independent provider makes every clinical decision
  • Your story is never used without your written consent
Promises we refuse to make
  • A number of pounds by a date. Bodies are not billboards.
  • That medication alone will change your life. It is a tool.
  • That this journey has no hard weeks. It has several. We will name them in advance and be there for each one.
  • Miracle timelines, secret protocols, or anything a licensed clinician would wince at.
Who decides your care

Not us. And we say that with pride.

Stripes RX is a technology and membership company. Every clinical decision, whether to prescribe, what to prescribe, and how to adjust, belongs to independent licensed providers exercising their own judgment. Your pharmacy is a licensed US pharmacy, and you are always free to choose your own. We built the company this way on purpose: the people who care for you clinically answer to their licenses and to you, never to our revenue.

One more piece of honesty: we are cash-pay and do not bill insurance. It keeps our pricing simple, transparent, and free of games. You will see every dollar and where it goes, in plain numbers, on our pricing page.

That is who we are.

If it sounds like the company you have been looking for, the program is open. If you are not sure yet, read Field Notes for a while. We are not going anywhere, and neither is the promise.
